The local Morning Edition host will be a signature voice for regional public radio stations WVTF and RADIO IQ at our Roanoke (VA) broadcast center.  This key position is responsible for seamlessly conveying the sound and approach taken by NPR's Morning Edition in the presentation of locally produced news material as well as announcing during network breaks.  The host will collaborate with our morning news producer to create a highly listenable and engaging program through the careful editing and use of copy and audio, continuity, promos, and interviews.
