WGCU-FM in Fort Myers, Florida is looking for an experienced Talk Show Host to expand our weekly talk show into a daily. Gulf Coast Live is timely, topical and responsive to the relevant issues of the day. The host should be committed to providing listeners with a forum for intelligent discussion. Applicants must be excellent writers and be able to demonstrate superior on-air voice quality. You must have experience maintaining high journalistic standards under deadline pressure.  The position participates in on-air fundraising and WGCU Public Media special events and is classified as Essential Personnel during weather and other emergencies.  Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and four years of broadcast news experience.
