Management from A to Z

PRNDI will be offering a pre-conference training session focused on management skills that will offer intensive training to managers on a wide variety of subjects.

This session will be led by PRNDI President Jonathan Ahl (that's A) and Leo C. Lee Award Winner Maryanne Zeleznik (that's Z).  With combined experience of 35 years as public radio news directors, these two will walk you through an interactive day of talking management and giving you practical ideas to put into place Monday when you get back to the office.  Topics covered will include:

• How do you run a meeting?
• How do you handle that difficult conversation?
• What can you expect from a reporter every day?
• How do you manage your boss?
