Business Manager

Christine Paige Diers is the Business Manager for PRNDI.  She started working for PRNDI part-time in 1997, and has been full-time staff with the organization since July 1, 2018.  Known to many in the organization as "Ma PRNDI,"  Christine's work history includes serving as a Community Development Manager for the American Cancer Society and working for 8 years as the Director of the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame in Sturgis, South Dakota (yes, really).  In a former life, Christine was a public radio news director in Grand Forks, North Dakota, then worked in public relations for city government and for a business incubator.

Position Overview

This editor will oversee a four-person team covering government in the Pittsburgh region, producing features and newscast stories for WESA’s broadcast and website. The editor will lead a team focused on enterprise journalism, especially around issues of government accountability. The editor will work closely with other staff editors and the news director to coordinate coverage. This full-time exempt position reports to the News Director.

Position Overview

This reporter will cover government in the Pittsburgh region as part of a four-person team, producing features and newscast stories for WESA’s broadcast and website. The reporter is experienced covering policy, campaigns, and issues surrounding the accountability of city, state, and federal officials. This individual will also strive to tell the human stories of people impacted by government and legal decisions. This full-time exempt position reports to the News Director.

Colorado Public Radio is re-structuring its thriving newsroom to capitalize on its continued growth and is looking for a seasoned professional to join the newsroom's leadership ranks as News Director. The News Director, second in command to the Executive Editor, manages day-to-day news coverage across all platforms; and works with editors and reporters to develop ideas for features, daily spots, interviews and digital content. The News Director collaborates with the Executive Editor on developing coverage priorities and newsroom growth.
